4 TASTY BUTTER POWDER RECIPES
KETO COFFEE WITH BUTTER POWDER:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup coffee
- 1 tsp butter powder
- ½ tsp MCT Oil Powder
- Whole milk powder, heavy cream powder (optional)
- Sweetener of choice (optional)
Directions:
- To your coffee, add butter powder, MCT oil powder, creamer and sweetener of choice, then froth or whisk to blend well.
- If adding butter powder to grounds before brewing, make sure to mix the butter powder with grounds, then brew coffee as usual.
BUTTER POPCORN WITH BUTTER POWDER:
- 1 cup heirloom popcorn
- 2 tbsp butter powder
- 2 tbsp white cheddar cheese powder
- 6 tbsp coconut oil, or oil of choice (melted)
- Himalayan salt to taste
- To a heavy bottomed pan, add 2 tbsp coconut oil over medium high heat. Once the oil starts to get hot, add the popcorn kernels and stir until the kernels start changing color. While the kernels pop, cover the pan but leave a small opening so that steam can escape.
- Once popcorn is finished popping, remove the lid and add butter powder, cheddar cheese powder, 4 tbsp coconut oil and salt. Mix well.
- Serve in a large bowl and enjoy!!
HONEY BUTTER WITH BUTTER POWDER:
Ingredients:
- ½ cup butter powder
- 3 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp water
Directions:
- In a bowl, stir all ingredients for a minute until everything is incorporated and the mixture is smooth and spreadable.
- If the mixture is still too thick and not spreading, add a few drops of water or honey to taste.
GARLIC BUTTER WITH BUTTER POWDER:
Ingredients:
- ½ cup butter powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp water
Directions:
- In a small bowl, stir the butter powder and garlic powder together.
- Add the water and mix well until you have a smooth butter.
- If the mixture is too thick, add a few drops of water until you have the desired consistency.
