Sesame Cucumber Salad 


Ingredients:
  • 1 regular size cucumber
  • ½ tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning - (or more, to taste)
  • Optional add-ins: pinch of pink himalayan salt, ½ teaspoon lime juice or rice vinegar, and/or 1 chopped scallion

Preparation:
  1. Thinly slice the cucumber. Combine it in a large bowl with the sesame oil and everything but the bagel seasoning. 
  2. Mix well. Season with additional salt or the optional add-ins, if desired. 
  3. Enjoy right away, or chill for up to 24 hours.
