Tangy Tomato Smoothie
Ingredients:
4 medium size Tomatoes
1/2 cup Tomato Juice, (HRS Organic Tomato Powder)
1 medium size Carrot, peeled and chopped
1 Celery stalk, chopped
1/4 teaspoon HRS Ground Black Pepper
6 Ice Cubes
2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
Salt
Directions:
Cut tomatoes into quarters and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Take frozen tomatoes, tomato juice, chopped celery, chopped carrot, black pepper, and salt in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Squeeze out lemon juice over it and add ice cubes. Blend it again on high speed for 30 seconds until smooth.
Pour in chilled serving glasses and serve.
